| By cutting one side of the sponge at an angle, we have created a sponge that can properly wash even the smallest crevices. The slanting cut reaches the corners of places where you are concerned about whether or not you are washing properly, such as the lid of a Tupperware or lunch box, making it easy to wash. If the angle of the slanted cut is too narrow, the sponge will not transmit power well, and if the cut is too thick, the sponge will not reach the grooves. We found the perfect shape after repeated tests. The green and yellow parts are made of a special densified sponge. The special densified sponge is more resistant to friction than ordinary non-woven fabrics, and is less prone to fluffing, fluff pilling, and peeling off and decomposition. The special high-density-processed sponge is also resistant to loss of shape, so it can be used beautifully for a long time. You will feel good if the sponge is not worn out from daily washing. タッパーやお弁当箱のフタのみぞなど、きちんと洗えているかが気になる所もななめカットが隅まで届いて、気持ちよく洗えます。ナナメカットの角度が細すぎると、力が伝わりきらず、太すぎると、溝にスポンジが届きません。テストを繰り返して見つけたちょうどいいカタチです。
グリーンとイエローの部分には特殊高密化加工スポンジを使用しました。一般的な不織布よりも、摩擦に強い特殊高密加工スポンジは毛羽立ちや毛玉の発生、剥離分解がほとんどないので劣化しにくく、洗浄力を長く保てます。特殊高化加工スポンジは形崩れにも強いので、長く綺麗なままで使えます。毎日の洗い物、スポンジがくたびれていないと気分もあがります。
