[p style="language:en;margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:0pt;margin-left:0in; text-indent:0in"]Thin rubber sole for grip on rocky terrain, race-to-toe type. [p style="language:en;margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:0pt;margin-left:0in; text-indent:0in"]The actual rubber bottom is thin and not strong enough for jungle areas when landing. 1940年代に採用された岩礁地帯用のシューズです。
1950-60年代にUDT（水中爆破チーム）が使用していたのでUDT SWIM SHOESと呼ばれたり、上陸してそのまま履いていたりしたため'ジャングルシューズ'と呼ばれたりもします。
岩場でのグリップ力を確保するため薄いゴム底で、レーストゥトゥータイプです。
実物はラバーの底部分が薄く、上陸の際ジャングル地帯では強度不足でした。
当社の製品は底を通常のラバーに変更したものの、生地の厚みやシルエット等は当時のものを忠実に再現しております。 *ブーツ/スニーカー*
