| This hunting cap is made of luxurious 100% hemp [shredded fabric]. This light and refreshing material has excellent air permeability* and moisture release properties, allowing you to fully enjoy the charm of hemp material. The size can be adjusted with the belt on the side, so it can be used for both men and women. It also makes a great gift for birthdays and Father's Day. * What is Chijimi material? Ojiya Shrink is a traditional hemp fabric from Ojiya City, Niigata Prefecture, which we have improved and woven into a wider fabric. Shrinkage fabric is made of 100% ramie (ramie), a long fiber with excellent water absorbency and heat dissipation properties that are very gentle to the skin, and its cool and light touch makes it useful in the spring and summer seasons. It is stronger than kimono fabric, and has been ingeniously designed to be easily washable. The wrinkles formed by our craftsmen in the hot water fir (a technique that has been used since the Edo period) on the woven fabric are a major feature of this fabric. |
