Description
| Powder brushes have recently been made in this shape. The sides are rounded and the size of a cotton puff, so that the powder can be taken from the sides and applied to the face. Use it in the same way as you would use a cotton puff to control the powder. Then use the other side to remove the wasted powder and stroke it over your face for about 10 seconds.
