We consider [tradition], [technique], [material], [design], [product] = [cooking] scattered all over Japan and think deeply about its essence.
We are constantly in search of new flavors by adding new seasonings (ideas) to the traditional flavors (things*things) that have been handed down from generation to generation.
With this in mind, we have decided to combine the word "nimono" (stewed food), which is widely and deeply related to Japanese food culture, with the word "monozukuri" (Japanese manufacturing) to form "ni mono".

The fan has been familiar to Japanese people since ancient times. It is used in tea ceremonies and Japanese dance as a tool to symbolize hospitality, and its "suehagari" shape is considered a symbol of good luck.

The delicate processing technique* inherited in Mino, Gifu Prefecture, decorates the surface of the fan in a spectacular way.
The four seasons of Japan are represented by "spring, summer, autumn, and winter. Using a technique called "Some-nishiki," in which painting is done on the top and bottom of the glaze, a beautiful scene of the four seasons is expressed on the flat surface of the fan with depth. This dish can be used for entertaining meals or as a container for sweets.
