[Features of iron products] *Heating over high heat may cause scorching due to good heat conduction. *When cooking foods with strong scum such as burdock, lotus root, eggplant, etc., the food may turn black. This is due to the scum of the food and the iron content of the pan, and has no effect on your health. *When cooking foods with strong acidity, such as tomato sauce or jam, the surface of the food may turn whitish due to the acidity, and the cooked food may have an iron taste.
