As an everyday kitchen utensil, it is important to prevent odors from sticking. Enamel has a glassy surface that exhibits outstanding non-absorption properties, making it odor-resistant, smooth, easy to wash, and clean.

The enamel layer with high thermal conductivity, which completely covers the metal base and inner and outer surfaces, provides excellent heat retention. Dishes do not get cold easily and the water retains heat well.

[Cautions for enamel].
Most of the production process of enamel is done by hand.
The base glaze (black color) is baked on the surface of metal such as iron, and then the overglaze glaze (surface color) is fired in a furnace at a high temperature (about 800 degrees Celsius).
Since each enamel product is individually handmade, uneven color, black spots, protrusions, etc. may occur due to individual differences in the condition of each piece, but please be assured that this does not detract from the quality of the product.

Please note that the following conditions cannot be avoided due to the manufacturing process.
*Hanging marks from the enamel firing process
*Fine black spots, lines or stains
*Slight unevenness of glaze or luster
*Air holes are provided in the pipe handles during the manufacturing process.
*The glaze is difficult to apply to the edge of the product.
*The black part of the edge of the product is the underglaze glaze, so please be assured.
