| Strain the water so that no lumps remain when you drink it. If lumps remain, bitterness and a powdery taste will be left when drinking the tea. Strain is recommended to enjoy the taste of Matcha. This product makes the straining process easy by shaking it. 1 Open the lid and place three sieve clamps with round holes in the mesh. 2Put about 5-6 spoons of matcha into the mesh. 3Put the lid on and shake the sieve several times in a circular motion from side to side. 4Because it is strained by the vibration of the sieve clamps you put in, you can strain the matcha without soiling your hands or clothes. There are two sizes [small*mini]. Please use it with matcha green tea or salt sprinkled on matcha salt.
