The glaze used for the Ion Bottle is made from the original clay (glaze) containing [radium ore] from Shigaraki clay. The negative ion effect produced by this natural ore makes the sake bottle look as if it has been stored for many years. The soft and mellow mouthfeel is produced as if it has been stored for many years. When water is added, the chalky odor is removed, and the stirring action of the alpha rays causes the water molecules to move constantly. The constant movement of the water molecules in the bottle creates a condition similar to that of a babbling river inside the bottle. This helps to create a mellow taste of water. |
