●フェルトの製作について
すべて手仕事で、羊毛に石鹸水のようなアルカリ性の水溶液を含ませて圧力をかけ、もんだり巻いて転がしたりして縮絨（しゅくじゅう）させ成形します。縮絨にはたいへんな手間隙がかかります。
プラスのシルエット部分は針で何度もさし突っつき、フェルト地にからませていくニードルポイントで一つ一つ手で作られています。縫い目がないのが特徴です。
