Description
Made in Japan Designed by Makoto Koizumi ambai Tamago-yaki Make fluffy and delicious omelette omelette with a frying pan made of iron with high heat storage properties and a fiberline finish that prevents sticking and burning. This square frying pan is made of iron, which has high heat storage capacity, and can be used to cook plump omelettes. It is just the right size for making tamagoyaki with two or three eggs. Iron stores heat in the pan firmly, so it is ideal for cooking eggs, as it does not lose its flavor to the temperature of the food. The surface of the iron plate has been treated with a fiber line finish to minimize burning and sticking, which have been weak points of iron materials. Iron is a material that grows as it is used and cared for. Please enjoy growing it as you use it. The teak wood used for the handle does not get hot while cooking and can be held with bare hands. It also accentuates the design and makes it blend in with the interior. *Compatible with direct flame, 200V and 100V induction cooktops. *Dishwasher is not usable. |
