In Sweden, which is regarded as a universal welfare state, nursing care services are being restructured in response to the trend toward globalization and marketization. Through a comparative analysis of the transition of Japan's home help system and its nursing care system, this paper provides a new perspective on the current situation in Japan, which has not been able to break free from the monopoly of the nursing care supply by local governments. |

社会福祉学、社会学、政治学、経済学、看護介護学等の学際的視点から、スウェーデンの高齢者介護の供給と編成の変遷と現状を分析する。普遍型福祉国家といわれるスウェーデンでは、グローバル化や市場化の流れを受けて介護サービスの再編が進んでいる。日本のホームヘルプの変遷、介護システムとの比較分析を経て、自治体による介護供給の独占状態から抜け出せていない日本の現状に対して切り込む新たな視角を提供する。
