| This passcase is made of Tochigi leather jeans. It is a simple pass case that can hold cards on both sides of the front and back. An oval window is opened on the surface. Since no film is attached to the window, the card can be pushed out with a finger. This product is also recommended as a gift. *Tochigi leather, a representative of Japan and the finest quality. Outstanding feel, natural leather [full-vegetable tanned leather] with a particular attention to detail This genuine leather is slowly tanned with tannin extracted from the bark of mimosa trees in South America. The tanning method is a highly finished leather created with the skill of a master craftsman. Nugenhide is a processing method suited to the Japanese climate, in which the leather is soaked in a tank filled with tannin solution, and the basic material is created over a period of about one to one and a half months. The leather is then dyed and finished using water-dyeing and other techniques. *Because it is a natural material, it may have some scratches, stains, and wrinkles, but each piece of leather has a different appearance. なめし方法は、匠の技術を駆使して造りあげた、完成度の高いレザーです。
ぬめ革とは、日本の風土に合った加工方法で、タンニン液を満たした槽に皮を浸し、約1ヶ月〜1ヶ月半かけて基礎素材を作り上げた革です。
このぬめ革を、さらに水染め等の手法により染色仕上げをしています。
