| [2022 Autumn/Winter New Items] HIGHLAND2000 introduces a standard ribbed knit cap. This is a ribbed design in a standard plain color, which has been unexpectedly unavailable until now. It is sure to go well with any styling. The 2×2 represents the width of the ribs, and the ribs are expressed by changing the steps in each of the two rows of knitted fabric. It is available in four colors, including three easy-to-use colors and a light blue color that easily complements autumn and winter styling, which tends to be darker. [HIGHLAND2000] HIGHLAND2000 has a studio in Nottingham, a town in central England where the knitting industry thrives. After overcoming many difficulties, the company changed its name to HIGHLAND 2000, and the HIGHLAND 2000 brand, which has continued for more than 100 years, is highly acclaimed in countries around the world. Since the knitters stick to the traditional hand-framing, kinks in the rib axis of the mesh and skipping of the weave can sometimes be seen. This creates a unique texture that is not found in mechanized mass-produced products. All wool used for the fall and winter collections is carefully selected by the British Wool Board, and the linen used for the spring and summer collections is the highest quality Irish linen in the world. |
