奄美在住のミステリー作家鳥飼否宇氏が

鳥飼否宇氏は
1960年福岡県に生まれ、九州大学理学部生物学科で動物生態学を学びました。
出版社に勤務したあと2000年4月に奄美に移住。
2001年に『中空』で第21回横溝正史ミステリ大賞優秀賞を受賞。
2016年には『死と砂時計』で第16回本格ミステリ大賞を受賞した
本格ミステリ作家を自任しています。
またテレビドラマ『相棒』のノベライズを
碇卯人というペンネームで出しています。
奄美では2008年から2022年まで
NPO法人奄美野鳥の会の会長を務め、
鳥類や昆虫類の調査にも数多く携わってきました。
日本鳥学会、日本鳥類標識協会の会員でバンダーでもあります。
