Murato is a series of knives that pursues [sharpness] and [ease of use] by the handwork of craftsmen of Tsubame-Sanjo. *VG10 Three-layer steel The core material of the easy-to-sharpen three-layer steel is VG10 material, which is used by professional chefs. Molybdenum, vanadium, and cobalt are added to the high-hardness stainless steel blade steel to enhance the long-lasting sharpness. *Mizuhito-Blading The traditional "mizuto blading" method by craftsmen of Tsubame-Sanjo creates the edge of the blade in the shape of a hazelnut. This process reduces resistance when cutting food and achieves a good separation. *Weight design The weight and center-of-gravity balance have been optimized so that the weight of the blade lightens the cut even when cutting stringy meats, large vegetables, and hard foods. *Handle Shape The handle is thin at the base and thicker at the end, making it easy to grip and transmit power.
