| This design dress has a cut and sewn upper body and a skirt portion layered with large and small dotted chiffon and solid chiffon layers. There is a draped pocket on the left. The balance of the layered chiffon is carefully chosen so that the chiffon shakes beautifully when you walk. It is a thin chiffon, but since there are three layers of chiffon, transparency is not so much of an issue. Chiffon does not wrinkle easily, so it is easy to care for. You don't have to worry about coordinating this item. The cut and sewn part is not transparent, the chiffon part is transparent.
