The steam containing the umami from the food is evenly poured onto the food through the convex surface on the back side of the lid (water drop). The umami-laden steam from the food forms a film between the pot body and the lid (water seal effect). This water seal keeps the steam from escaping and enables cooking without water. Nutrients are not lost and delicious food can be prepared. Good heat conductivity allows for short cooking times. Diamond coating resists abrasion, making it durable and long-lasting. Non-stick and easy to clean. Lighter than cast iron pans, making them easy to clean and wash. Stylish colors that look great in the kitchen.
