Description
| These café curtains are part of the highly popular heat-insulating lace mirror curtain [Lofties] series. It uses Teijin Fiber's [Ecolier], a special metallic oxide blended heat-insulating yarn. In summer, it reflects the sun's heat, suppressing hot and glaring sunlight and softening the temperature rise in the room. In winter, it suppresses cold air coming in through the window and has a heat-insulating and heat-retaining effect, softening the temperature drop in the room. Compared to ordinary lace curtain fabric, it has approximately twice the heat-insulating effect in summer* and three to four times the effect in winter. The very high density of the weave also increases the UV blocking rate, making it difficult to see from the outside even when the lights are turned on at night. This makes the fabric considerably thicker than ordinary lace curtains. |
