Orders received by 9:00 AM on the same day will be shipped on the same day from Monday through Friday.

*About Auction Sales
We ask our customers to refrain from auction sales, as it may cause inconvenience to our actual stores.

*About the shipment of pre-order items*.
[If you purchase both pre-order items and items for immediate delivery at the same time, we will ship the pre-order items separately.

If you order more than 20,000 yen (excluding tax) at one time and as a result of the delivery date being divided, the total amount of items for one shipment will be divided by the total amount of items for one shipment.
If you order more than 20,000 yen (excluding tax) at one time and the total amount of items for one shipment is less than 20,000 yen (excluding tax), shipping charges will be incurred.

We will do our best to ship pre-order items with the same delivery date together, but we will not be able to ship pre-order items that have already been shipped or shipped just before the release date.
However, orders placed just before the release date or orders that have already been shipped will not be shipped together.
