紙のフィルターはコーヒーに含まれる旨み(油分)まで
吸収してしまう特性があるそうです。
もちろん通常の急須としても使用できます。
■コーヒーの淹れ方
1.ポットにコーヒーを入れます。
(一人分約10g目安)
2.約90℃の熱湯をポットに注ぎます。
3.約40〜60秒蒸らし、カップに均等に注いでください。
