【 ご使用の前に 】
■吸水性がある素地です。吸水性によるトラブル防止の為、必ず最初に下記の方法でお粥（小麦粉・片栗粉を水で溶いたものでも可）を十分に炊いて目止めをして下さい。
1：ご使用いただく前に土鍋の裏底に水気がないことをご確認下さい。（ひび割れの原因となるため）
2：土鍋に八分目まで水を入れ、水量の五分の一以上のご飯を入れ、必ず弱火でふきこぼれないようお粥がのり状になるまで十分に炊いて下さい。
3：煮上がったら火を止め、土鍋が十分に冷めてからお粥を取り除き、水洗いして下さい。
1-3を2、3回繰り返して下さい。
【 ご使用上の注意】
■天ぷらやフライなどの揚げ物は危険です。
■この土鍋は空焚き仕様ではありませんので、使用時には必ず水や食材等を入れて下さい。
■テーブル等に置く際には、テーブルの表面に傷つけないよう、必ず鍋敷きを使用して下さい。
■熱い土鍋を急に冷たい所に置いたり、水に浸けたりすると、土鍋が割れる恐れがあります。
■土鍋の外側を十分乾燥させてからご使用下さい。水を含んだまま火にかけると急激な温度差により、ひび割れします。
■加熱した土鍋を扱う際には、鍋つかみ等を使用し、蓋穴から出る蒸気にご注意下さい。
■ご使用後は、よく洗い十分に風通しの良い場所に置いて十分に乾燥させてから収納して下さい。
【お手入れについて】
■土鍋の中に食材等を入れたままにしないで下さい。
■土鍋に臭いが付いたときには土鍋に八分目まで水を入れ、茶殻をひとつかみ、又は酢大さじ2〜3杯を加え、10分くらい煮立てると消臭効果があります。
三合炊き飯碗土鍋の上手な使い方
2合から3合のご飯を炊くことができます。
※内蓋が付いています。ご飯を炊く際には必ず内蓋をし、その上に飯碗の蓋をしてからお使い下さい。雑炊やリゾットなど料理によって、蓋を外してお使いになれます。
【作り方】
1：2合か3合、お好みの分量のお米をとぎ、分量の水に30分以上水に浸します。
2：1のお米を鍋に入れ、鍋の内側にある目安線まで水を入れます。（2合の場合は下の線、3合の場合は上の線まで水を入れてください。）
3：鍋の内蓋と外蓋をし、中火で沸騰するまで炊きます。
4：沸騰して蒸気が出てきたら、弱火で5分ほどさらに炊きます。
5：火を止めて、蓋をあけずにそのまま15分ほど蒸らします。
6：蓋が飯碗になっているので、炊きたてをよそって召し上がって下さい。
※お米の状態やコンロの大きさによって、炊き上がりに多少違いがあります。水分や火加減、蒸らし時間で調整して下さい。
※鍋底が焦げ付いた時は、水と重曹を入れて火にかけ煮立たせます。暫く置くと焦げ付きが落としやすくなります 10:55
