The brush may shed some fibers at the beginning of use, but can be used without any problems.

Since the product is made of natural materials without any preservatives, insect repellents, or fungicides, mold may form on the handles if the product is stored in a damp or moist place for a long period of time.
We recommend that you hang it or store it brush side down in a well-ventilated place as much as possible.

 [Cautions for use] 
*Do not scrub hard on cookware made of Teflon or other coated materials.
*Avoid cleaning cookware at high heat immediately after use.  
*Do not immerse the cookware in water for a long period of time.
*Do not use a dishwasher or dish dryer.
