It is made of simple cotton and woven roughly with a lovely bright checkered pattern, and can be used for a variety of purposes. ざっくりと編まれているから速乾性にも優れており、使えば使うほど、洗えば洗うほど生地が馴染んで柔らかくなってきます。お皿を拭いたり、目隠し布やランチョンマットのように広げて使用しても◎また、大きめサイズならクーラーの風よけや日焼け防止にも使用できます。
縫製はとてもラフで、生地にもほつれがあったり、うまく縫えていなかったり・・・本当にインドの一般庶民が使っているそのまんま。細かいことを気にせず使っていただける方向きです。
