| *Cute size This is a bamboo zither, a folk instrument from the highlands of Vietnam. It is a musical instrument made of bamboo tubes strung in the shape of a ladder, and is called a "t'rung" in Vietnam. A full-fledged bamboo zither is as tall as a person and very large, but this is a small-sized bamboo zither that is easy to use at home. It makes a lovely sound when you strike it with two sticks. Since it is a simple instrument, the tuning is not always perfect, but the scale is from Do to So one octave higher. *Natural instrument. Since it is made of a natural material*bamboo, the tone is gentle and blends very well with the chirping of trees, flowing water, and birdsong. ■かわいいサイズ
ベトナムの高原地域の民族楽器、竹琴（ちっきん）です。竹の筒が梯子状に張り渡された楽器で、本国では「トルンT'rung」と呼ばれています。本格的なものは人の背丈ほどもある大変大きいものですが、こちらはご家庭でも使いやすい小さなサイズの竹琴です。二本の棒で叩くと可愛らしい音が鳴りますよ。素朴な楽器ですので、必ずしもチューニングは完璧ではありませんが、音階はド〜1オクターブ上のソとなっています。
■ナチュラルな楽器
自然の素材・竹で出来ているので音色が優しく、木々のさえずりや水の流れ、鳥の声ともとても良く溶け合います。音は大きくありませんがキャンプなどに持っていくのも楽しいかもしれませんね。
■組み立ても楽しいです
こちらの竹琴は組み立て式になっています。バラの状態で箱に入っていて最初はびっくりしますが、大丈夫。差し込む穴と竹棒にそれぞれ対応するマークがつけられていますので、その通り組み立てていけば難しくありません。このページの写真を参考にしてくださいね。
