Description
Edited by Nobuo Fujikawa / Written by Shigetomo Kyogoku, Miyuki Egawa, Yuhi Fujita, Shunsuke Takada, Nobuko Sasaki, Sho Kawai, Keisuke Ueda, Tomoko Watakawa The dramaturgical approach presented by E. Goffman is analyzed by applying it to individual case studies in schools and care welfare facilities. The paper also suggests the possibility of developing this approach with case studies in virtual spaces and museums, and looks forward to the possibility of opening a forum for discussion and sharing of its results that transcends differences in theory and practice, education and welfare fields. Rather than presenting specific solutions to problems that arise in practice, we aim to help people sort out the relationships and structures that surround their own practice by introducing an approach that explores the essence of these problems and clarifies why they are problems. |
