世界でNo.1の強度を誇るDIA CERAMは、ファインセラミックス素材であるアルミナに高純度に精製された長石・粘土を配合し、1,300℃以上の高温で焼成した高強度磁器です。
従来の陶磁器より3〜4倍、一般の強化磁器に比べても格段の強度を誇るのがダイアセラムです。
『イングレーズについて』
グレーズとは釉薬のことです。
釉薬の表面上に高温で発色する顔料を印刷転写及び手描きで絵付を施し、約1,200℃〜1,250℃で焼成することにより釉薬面に溶融させ、絵柄の劣化等の経年変化に対しても、非常に強いという特色を持たせた焼成方法です。
