| We are pleased to announce the arrival of our new shaved rim plate M, Turkey Blue, handcrafted by Mino ware artisans. The design of the rim with the shaving technique creates a special feeling not found in ordinary vessels. This vessel is characterized by its ocean-like hue of deep, clear blue that spreads out. The natural shading of the stippling is also beautiful, making you feel as if you are peering into the deep ocean floor. The wonderful shading of the glaze, even on the underside, makes it ideal for use as a serving dish or small plate. Made using traditional Mino ware techniques, this vessel is lovely displayed on a daily dining table or as a gift.
