This sign looks like the lid of a drum and has a very cool Hamm's Bear on it. First brewed in Minnesota in 1865, Hamm's is a classic American beer. The mascot character, Hamm's Bear, was the first animated character in the beer industry used in television productions and print advertisements for beer, As an advertising character, he was a huge advertising success, both in popularity* and name recognition. However, Miller Brewings, the current parent company, has greatly reduced the use of the bear due to concerns that it might be interpreted as an attempt to sell beer to children!
