Food oxidation is reduced and freshness is preserved better than with normal storage. Foods are airtight, preventing transfer of odors to other items. Food can be frozen, boiled, or microwaved while sealed. Because the food can be sealed tightly, use in combination with a low-temperature cooker to improve the perfection of food!
