Description
| Tokonameyaki has a 1,000-year history dating back to the late Heian period and is one of the six oldest kilns in Japan. A wide range of products are made here, from daily necessities such as teapots and tableware to construction materials such as ceramic pipes, tiles, and sanitary ware. On June 11, 1976, the area was designated as a traditional crafts area based on the national "Law Concerning the Promotion of Traditional Craft Industries. *The entire kyusu is made of ceramic. It features a ceramic tea strainer (ceramesh) that can extract the flavor of tea. *Please consider it as a capacity for two people (100ml per person). *The tea strainer is made of red clay, and after firing at 1100 degrees Celsius, it is carbonized at 800 degrees Celsius to turn it black. The material contains no harmful substances. *The painting of the cherry tsuyu-weed is hand-painted. *The lid and the body are mortised together to make a pair. Therefore, there are polishing marks on the lid and the body. Recommended for inbound. |

常滑焼（とこなめやき）は、平安時代後期から1,000年の歴史を有し、日本六古窯のひとつに数えられる焼き物産地です。急須や食器などの日用品から陶管・タイル・衛生陶器などの建築資材まで幅広い製品がつくられています。昭和51年6月11日、国の「伝統的工芸品産業の振興に関する法律」に基づき伝統的工芸品として産地指定を受けました。
■急須全体が陶器で出来ています。お茶の旨みを抽出することの出来る陶製茶漉し（セラメッシュ）が特徴です。
■2人分の容量とお考え下さい（1人100mlとして）
■朱泥陶土で出来ており、1100度で本焼成を行った後800度で度炭化焼成を行い黒色に変化させます。素材に有害な物質は含まれていません。
■桜つゆ草の絵は手描きです。
■蓋と本体は一対にする為すり合わせ作業を行います。その為蓋と本体に研磨した痕があります。
