About the products Although we inspect the products, there may be slight deviations in sewing and printing depending on the products because they are made overseas. We will consider the sewing workmanship to be good quality if it is not noticeable and does not interfere with the wearing of the product. Please understand that the quality standards are not Japanese specifications.

Measurements are basically based on: Tops: Shoulder width*Bust*Sleeve length*Length 
Bottoms: Waist (most items have elastic waistbands)*Crotch*Inseam*Armpit*Total Length

  Due to the nature of overseas products, there are individual differences between items. Please understand that there is a slight difference in size. Only special designs may be indicated with measurements other than the above. There is a case that the color differs slightly from the actual item due to the light at the time of taking a picture, etc. We ask for your understanding* here as well.

Packing*Shipping 
We try to pack our items carefully, but in order to keep the price low, we will use simple packaging. We may also compress items during storage and shipping, so please understand that there may be wrinkles upon delivery. We cannot ship on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.  

About Stock  
We do our best to keep track of our inventory, but there may be times when an item is out of stock due to a sales error. In such cases, we may reduce or cancel your order.

Returns & Exchanges
 ✴︎We do not accept returns or exchanges of items that are the wrong color, size, or image from the picture due to customer reasons. ✴︎We do not accept returns for anything other than defective items. ✴︎The period in which we can accept returns is within 7 days after the arrival of the product.
