Also suitable for "nokkebento" (bento box with rice cake). The natural cedar wood breathes well, so the rice stays moist and tastes great. The antibacterial action of the wood prevents the rice from being damaged in hot weather, and the natural cedar regulates the moisture content in cold weather, so the rice is less likely to become hard. The use of natural wood means that no two pieces have the same grain* and color. From cumbersome hand washing to the dishwasher at the touch of a button...
