*Kiminoi Junmai Junmai Cold Finish Junmai sake brewed with Niigata rice in Joetsu Myoko, deep in Niigata's snowy region. After a hot summer, it has matured and matured to a soft, round, gentle taste. Enjoy it with seasonal mushroom dishes. *Ginrei-Gassan Junmai Ginjo Kankuro Finish This junmai ginjo-shu is carefully brewed by a local master brewer* in an extremely cold snowy brewery at the foot of the three mountains of Dewa (Mt. Gassan* Mt. Yudono* Mt. Haguro). The sake is brewed in spring with Yamagata rice, yeast, and malted rice, and then quietly matured in the brewery. It has a fresh flavor and a mild, delicate taste. *Kagatsuru Special Junmai Cold Finish A special junmai sake brewed by the Noto Toji brewery using 100% Gohyakumangoku rice, which is suitable for sake brewing, and Kanazawa yeast. Enjoy this delicious sake, which has matured after surviving the summer, with teriyaki (grilled) seasonal yellowtail. |
