This fair trade coffee is organically grown by the people of COCLA, a cooperative of small farmers in the mountainous region of Quillabamba, 1,300 to 1,800 meters above sea level, further from the World Heritage Site of Machu Picchu, Peru. *Solid and strong flavor with a mild sweet aftertaste. The strong aroma is created by roasting to bring out the richness and sharpness from the high altitude, high quality green coffee beans. The clean bitterness and soft sweet aftertaste are well-balanced and never boring. It is recommended for daily coffee use because of its strength that goes well with sugar*milk as well as black coffee, and the convenience of brewing one cup at a time. *Easy to use anywhere & earth-friendly packaging *The convenience of simply pouring it into a cup of hot water makes it ideal for busy mornings, at the office, when traveling, or outdoors. *The bag, which allows you to brew one cup at a time, is made of biodegradable non-woven fabric(*) made of plant fibers that can be returned to the soil. *To waste as little resources as possible, individual packaging is eliminated and an outer bag with a zipper is used. *Polylactic acid (PLA)... PLA is a plant-derived material made from starch obtained mainly from corn and potatoes. It is an environmentally friendly material that does not emit carbon dioxide when produced (carbon neutral) and is biodegradable, returning to the soil. *Delicious brewing method (150ml) Pour boiling water into a cup and gently submerge the bag for 4 to 5 minutes. 高地ならではの上質な生豆からコクとキレを引き出す焙煎による力強い香味。
すっきりした苦みとやわらかな甘い余韻は、バランスの良い飽きのこない味わい。
ブラックはもちろん、砂糖・ミルクに合う力強さと、一杯分ずつ抽出できる手軽さで、毎日のコーヒーにおすすめです。
●手軽にどこでも＆地球にやさしい包装
◎お湯を注いだカップに入れるだけの手軽さは、忙しい朝やオフィス、旅先やアウトドアにもおすすめです。
◎一杯ずつ抽出できるバッグには、土に還る植物繊維でつくられた生分解性の不織布（※）を使っています。
◎資源をできるだけ無駄にしないよう、個包装を省きファスナーつきの外袋を使用しています。
