Description
Lightly balanced, smoky and rich aftertaste This coffee is grown in the Bolaven Plateau in southern Laos, in a forest dotted with beautiful waterfalls. This fair trade* coffee is made from the rare Arabica Tipika coffee, which is carefully grown without chemical fertilizers. Tipika has an excellent aroma and taste, but it is a difficult variety that is susceptible to disease and has low yields. JCFC, which is run by farmers, spares no effort in growing this coffee with the aim of improving its reputation as a production area and increasing the amount of coffee purchased. *Slim and well-balanced, with a smoky, rich finish. Rare Tipika has a clean, well-balanced flavor with a rich, lingering finish that will keep you coming back for more. Please enjoy it straight up. *Coffee that you can donate In order to support activities and build long-term relationships, we donate a portion of the proceeds from Lao coffee sales to producer organizations. Donations are used for necessary things such as the construction of warehouses and processing facilities, after taking the time to consult with them. *Easy-anywhere & earth-friendly packaging *The ease of simply pouring a cup of hot water into a cup is ideal for busy mornings, at the office, traveling, or outdoors. *The bags, which can be used to extract one cup at a time, are made of biodegradable non-woven fabric(*) made from plant fibers that can be returned to the soil. *To waste as little resources as possible, individual packaging is eliminated and an outer bag with a zipper is used. *Polylactic acid (PLA)... PLA is a plant-derived material made from starch obtained mainly from corn and potatoes. It is an environmentally friendly material that does not emit carbon dioxide when produced (carbon neutral) and is biodegradable, returning to the soil. *Delicious brewing method (150ml) Pour boiling water into a cup and gently submerge the bag for 4 to 5 minutes. It is recommended to cover the bag with a plate or something. Shake the bag several times when removing it. Roast/grind: medium deep roast/medium fine grind *Arabica Tipika / 8g x 8 bags / Gy* Coffee Producers Cooperative / From Laos [Brand introduction] We are a brand specializing in fair trade, a trade system that is friendly to people and the earth.
