Description
| These earth-friendly photo frames are the result of sustainable initiatives. *Ecola frames and rubber trees The frame and backing of the Ecola frame are made from Vietnamese rubber trees. Many rubber trees are planted in Vietnam, and the source of rubber used for car tires and other products is extracted from rubber trees. The sap is collected by scraping off a portion of the tree and collecting the sap, but after about 30 years, the sap can no longer be extracted. After the sap is harvested, the wood is reused to make a variety of products, including this Ecola frame. New rubber trees are planted and grown on the land left after the trees are used as wood. There are a number of areas where rubber trees are grown, and the trees are planted in turn to sustainably harvest rubber sap and sustainably reuse the wood afterwards. *Eco Mark certification number: 22112014 [Conforms to the Green Purchasing Law]. *We use 70% reused wood and waste plant fiber as raw materials for the woody part. *When wood other than reused wood is used for products, we use wood that is legal under the laws and regulations of the forests in the country where the raw material was harvested and produced. *Products do not contain wood preservatives (wood termiticides, wood preservatives, wood insecticides, and wood fungicides). *The emission of formaldehyde from products with adhesives and paints is equivalent to F* grade. *All four sizes: L, 2L, Post, A4, A5, A3, and B4. *With wall-hanging hardware, hanging string, and stand for both portrait and landscape use. *2L*Post size/A4*A5/A3*B4 comes with a mat. #Ethical Collection #Recycled #Waste #Upcycled #Sustainable #Sustainable #Eco Mark Certified Product |
