サイズはボタンで固定されるので、使用中に縮んでしまうこともなく、

下段シャフトに身長を記載した目盛りがあります。
左右のポールの長さは身長に合わせて調節ください。
調節時のボタンは2色（金色/茶色）がシャフト内から出せます。
穴から出ているボタンが、 同じ色になるようにしましょう。
違う色のボタンが出ている場合、左右で長さがそろっていません。
ポールの先端についている先ゴムは、他のウォーキングポールのような球形の先ゴムではなく、 杖と同じ形状の接地面が平らな先ゴムを搭載し、より安定感のある突き心地が特徴です。
自然と正しく握れ、疲れにくいグリップ
グリップは力を入れず自然に握っても、手にフィットし、滑りにくく、長時間使用しても疲れにくい設計です。
手の小さな方は、ストラップを締めホールドさせれば、簡単に握ることができます。
グリップをギュッと強く握ると、手や肘に余計な負担がかかり、関節炎や腱鞘炎の原因になりますので注意しましょう。
