Description
| The simple dyed flower pattern and gold accents give the series a lovely and elegant impression. The surface of the bowl has cracks in the glaze called "kan-iri," and you can enjoy the naturally produced expression of the pottery. The deep, flower-shaped shape is perfect for Japanese dishes such as simmered dishes and stir-fried dishes, as well as Western dishes such as pasta and marinated dishes. *This product has some netsuke (penetration). Nuki-iri is a thin pattern of cracks on the surface of pottery due to the difference in expansion rate between the base material and glaze during firing. The coloring of food and beverages may stain a piece with a "kan-iri" pattern after long use. To prevent this to a certain extent, soak the pot in rice brine before use. If stains do occur, they can be removed with bleach, baking soda, etc. (Due to the nature of ceramics, it is possible to remove stains by bleaching. (Due to the nature of ceramics, stains may not be completely removed.) |
