23.0cmでも履けないことはないですが、捨て寸（通常1㎝程あるつま先の余裕）が短いのか、足先が少し当たります。
23.5cmだと違和感なく履けました。
私の甲の高さは普通程度ですが、普通厚の靴下で丁度良いくらいのフィット感。
