The perfect Ohitsu rice cooker for the age of energy conservation Instructions for use: 1. *(How to use as a hitsu)1Cool the cooked rice slightly while it is still in the pot. 2Cover with the inner lid *outer lid and store in the refrigerator as it is (about 2 days). (3Remove from the refrigerator and heat in a microwave oven with the lid on. (Approx. 4 to 5 minutes for 1 cup) *Heating time may vary depending on the amount of rice. *(When using direct heat)1Place the rice in the pot, add water at a ratio of about 200 cc per cup of rice, and soak for about 30 minutes. 2Cover the pot with the inner and outer lids, and heat over medium heat (the flame should not reach the sides of the pot). (This will be about 9 to 12 minutes from the start of cooking.) 3Steam the rice for about 11 to 15 minutes after turning off the heat. 4Stir well with a rice scoop or the like to complete cooking. *(In the case of microwave oven) 1. Put the polished rice in a pot and add water at a ratio of about 200 cc per 1 cup of rice, and soak for about 30 minutes. 2. Put the inner and outer lids on and put the rice in the microwave oven at 500W. Stir well and serve. |
