Mango wood is used for furniture and vessels because it is smooth to the touch when polished and has a beautiful grain finish. It has a slightly coarse and rough skin texture, and the grain is characterized by light browns mixed with browns and reddish browns. Some of the grain may be yellowish or dark, but each piece is truly one-of-a-kind, with a look that is unique to natural materials. Since wood is constantly breathing and living, it is considerably affected by external temperature and humidity and repeats expansion and contraction activities. Expansion and contraction may occur due to changes in climate and environment, resulting in warping, splitting, and crevices. Please understand that due to the nature of wood, some of the wood may be slightly warped. In addition, in order to use natural materials without waste, we also use materials with knots and cracks that are characteristic of wood. Products made of solid wood may vary in color depending on where the wood is used. Since the woodworking process is kept to a minimum, the resin may lift and the color may shift. Please note that the resin tends to come out more easily, especially when the temperature and humidity rise. Please be sure to install the product horizontally and secure it firmly when placing heavy objects on it. Failure to do so may cause the product to collapse, fall, or cause injury. Avoid direct exposure to excessive direct sunlight or air from air conditioners. Doing so may cause distortion or other deformation, discoloration, or rotting. We recommend cleaning the product with a dry cloth. Wiping with water may cause color migration. そのため、同じ商品でも色・形・大きさに微妙な違いが生じる場合がございます。
ハンドメイドならではの風合いとしてお楽しみください。
また、素材の特性上、水気・湿気の多い場所でのご使用時には錆が生じる場合がありますのでご注意ください。
マンゴーの木材は、磨き上げると滑らかで肌触りが良く、綺麗な木目の仕上がりになることから、家具や器などに使われています。
やや粗い肌目とラフな木肌で、ライトブラウンの中に茶褐色、赤褐色が混じったような木目が特徴。
木目には黄みや黒みが混じるものがありますが、自然素材ならではの表情があり、ひとつひとつがまさに一点モノです。
木材は常に呼吸をして生きている為、外部の温度や湿度にかなりの影響をうけて伸縮活動を繰り返しています。
気候・環境の変化などで膨張・収縮がおこり、反り・割れ・隙間が生じる場合があります。
木材の性質上、多少木が反っていたりするものが含まれる場合があるということをご理解ください。
また天然素材を無駄なく使用する為に、木特有の節やひび割れなどが見られる材料も使用しています。
無垢材を使用している製品は、木材の使用箇所によって色が異なることがあります。
最低限の木工加工にとどめている為、樹脂が浮き出て色移りする場合があります。
特に温度、湿度が上がると樹脂が出やすくなりますのでご注意ください。
商品は必ず水平に設置し、重量物を置く時もしっかりと固定してください。
崩れ、倒れ、落下やけがの原因になります。
過度の直射日光や冷暖房器の送風などが直接当たらないようにしてください。
ゆがみなどの変形や変色、腐りなどの原因になります。乾いた布でのお手入れをおすすめします。
水拭きすると、色移りする場合があります。
すべて手作り品の為、サイズや色・仕上げに若干の個体差がありますが、大量生産には無い風合いをお楽しみください。

1ヵ所に片寄った力をかけることは危険ですので、全体に重みが分散するようにしてご使用ください。
