The [Eureka] series is produced by Minoru Toki from clay. Using Minoru Toki's original clay, we chose glazes that evoke a sense of simplicity and nostalgia. The 150-don amber bowl is an easy-to-use size for rice dishes such as oyakodon and katsudon, as well as for noodles such as mini udon for a quick meal. It can also be used to serve soupy dishes such as meat and potatoes.
