[Curry dish for soup] Soup curry from Hokkaido was very popular at one time. Now its popularity has taken root, and more and more people are enjoying soup curry at home. Since soup curry contains more water than other curries, if you pour the roux over the rice from the beginning, the texture of the rice will not be as nice as it should be.... カレーを美味しく食べられるうつわって、どんなうつわなんだろう？
食器を購入する際、何を食べるか、どんな風に食べるか、を基準に選ぶ方が多いのではないでしょうか。
おうちで食べる料理の中で人気が高く、食べる頻度も高いもの…ズバリ、それはカレーなのではないか？
そんな発想から『深山(miyama.)』さんで開発された器です。
【スープのカレー皿】
一時期、とても流行った北海道発のスープカレー。
今ではその人気も定着しており、おうちでスープカレーを楽しむ方も増えてきました。
スープカレーは他のカレーに比べて水分量が多いため、最初からライスにルーをかけてしまうと、ちょっとライスの食感がいまいちな感じに…。
そこで、ルーとライスを別々に分けて提供できるように、形状の異なるうつわを同色で展開してみました。
※こちらの商品はライス皿単品です。
【きっちり乾く、水はけを考えた器】
プレートの裏側の部分「ハマ」がフラットな形状になっていて、ここに全くと言っていいほど水が溜まらない設計。
ゆえに水はけが良く乾きが早いので衛生的にも安心して使えます。
【「ハマ」が平らなので収納もコンパクト】
何枚か重ねて収納した時に、「ハマ」がない分コンパクトに収納することが出来ます。
【滑らかで耐久性のある白磁土】
