A folding umbrella with a tote bag, with a cute panda pouting. The inside of the tote bag has been renewed with ivory soft and absorbent toweling fabric. You can quickly put a wet umbrella in the bag and carry it without folding it. It can usually be folded in half and stored. One side of the bag's handle can be removed with a hook and button system, so it can be hung on a bag or backpack. In addition to umbrellas, it can also hold plastic bottles with water droplets on them. The main body of the folding umbrella is a basic solid color with a one-pointed panda's backside printed on it.
