| This [Peach drop] folding umbrella has a 7cm handle that folds away to a compact size of 16.5cm for a firm grip. Conventional folding umbrellas have a small handle that is difficult to hold, but this handle is stable and can be held firmly like a long umbrella. [Peach drop] has a slightly bristled surface like peach skin, which repels water drops in an instant when it rains. [Superhydrophobic" is generally said to mean "a phenomenon in which a drop of water comes in contact with a surface at a contact angle of approximately 150°," but "Peach Drop" has a contact angle of 153°, and the fabric's hydrophobic power keeps water droplets in a ball-like surface tension. In addition, it is characterized by its high sustainability of water repellency. In a water repellency test conducted by a testing institute, the highest rank of water repellency, grade 5, was measured before washing. After 40 launderings, it retained its grade 4 water repellency, and even after 50 launderings, it maintained its grade 3 water repellency. After 50 washes, the fabric was treated with hot air and tested again for water repellency, and it recovered to the same level of water repellency as after 5 washes. Even after the water repellency is degraded, the function is restored by applying heat, and the repellency can be used for a long time without losing its water repellency. The parent bone is made of flexible and strong fiberglass and has a safety stopper that prevents fingers and fingernails from being caught. The Velcro case opens wide for easy access and has a carabiner attached. The rubber strap fits perfectly in the handle. The UV shielding rate is over 90% for all colors, so it can be used as a rain or shine umbrella in all seasons. 従来の折りたたみ傘は持つ部分が小さく握りにくいのが難点でしたが、このハンドルなら安定感があり長傘のようにしっかり握ることが出来ます。
「Peach drop」は、水滴を弾く桃の皮（ピーチスキン）のように、生地の表面が微起毛になっており、雨が当たっても一瞬で水滴を弾く超はっ水素材です。
「超はっ水」とは一般的に「水滴が面に対しておおよそ150°前後の接触角で接する現象」と言われていますが、「Peach drop」は接触角153°を測定し、生地の持つはっ水力で水滴が玉のような表面張力を保ちます。
加えて、はっ水性能の持続性が高いのも特徴です。
検査機関でのはっ水検査では、洗濯前のはっ水性が最高ランク5級を測定。
洗濯40回後まで4級を保持し、50回洗濯しても3級のはっ水性を持続させました。
50回の洗濯後、熱風処理をし再度はっ水検査をした所、洗濯5回後のはっ水力と同水準に回復しました。
はっ水力が落ちた後も熱を加える事でその機能が回復し、長くはっ水力を保ったままご使用いただけます。
親骨には、しなやかで丈夫なグラスファイバーと指や爪をはさみにくい「安全ろくろ（ストッパー）」を使用しているので、ボタン部分を押して開閉でき安心してお使いいただけます。
大きく開いて出し入れしやすいマジックテープ仕様のケースにはカラビナがついています。
ラバーストラップがハンドル部分にピッタリ収まります。
紫外線遮蔽率も全色90%以上ありますので「晴雨兼用傘」として雨の日も晴れの日もオールシーズンお使いいただけます。
