| Pixel flower Kawaya shirt JAPAN / Omi bleached type lighter banded collar shirt The fabric used for this shirt is Omi bleached type-writer fabric, which is produced in Omi, Shiga Prefecture, using a skillful dyeing technique. By repeatedly rubbing the fabric before dyeing, the wrinkle shape and soft puffiness of the bleached fabric are expressed. Furthermore, it is a material finished in a soft and bulky washer fabric by adding a repulsive feeling at the time of finishing, and giving the fabric movement by gently beating and loosening the fabric. The embroidery is designed with a flower pattern in cross-stitch. The point is that the flowers emerge three-dimensionally by using three colors of embroidery threads, and the embroidery is applied as if the flowers were inserted into a pocket. The collar is a band collar, and the seam allowance around the armpits and arms is finished by [fold-down stitching], which is gentle to the skin because the seams do not touch the skin, and the seams are strong and resistant to repeated washing. 滋賀県近江産地の巧みな染色技法を用いた生地は近江晒タイプライター生地を使用。
染色前に生地を 繰り返し揉みこむことにより、 洗い晒しのシワ形状とソフトな 膨らみ感を表現しています。
更に仕上げ時に反発感をプラスし、 生地を 優しく叩きほぐすことで、プリッと生地に動きを持たせ、ソフトで 膨らんだワッシャー生地に仕上げた素材です。
刺繍はクロスステッチで花の模様をデザインしています。
3色の刺繍糸を使用することで花を立体的に浮かび上がるところがポイントで、花をポケットに差し込んでるように刺繍を施しました。
