Description
| It has cute illustrations that make cooking more fun, and is convenient for use on both sides, such as for vegetables and meat. It is a cutting board that is light in spite of its solid thickness. It is resistant to smudging* and black stains, and prevents the growth of bacteria. It can also be sterilized with alcohol, making it hygienic. A safe inorganic (silver) antibacterial agent [Ion Pure] is used. Conforms to the antibacterial test standard JIS Z 2801. Because the core part is a board, it is 10-20% lighter than a plastic cutting board of the same size. It is easy to handle and use by bridging to the sink because it has a sense of security with moderate weight and does not warp. |
