| Low flame good metal mat that keeps gas flame soft. It is placed directly on the gas stove. Heat is evenly transferred to all parts of the mat, heating the bottom of the pan evenly. Ideal for cooking over a slow flame for even and clean browning, or for stewing over a slow flame. The handle is foldable to save space. The handle cover can be removed for washing.
