Place the diamond part on the surface of the grinding wheel, grip the body firmly with one hand, and move it back and forth until the surface is flat. After refinishing, scrub the wheel with a soft brush, rinse it with water, and dry it. *Made in Japan Fuji Cutlery was established as a sales company of Tojiro Corporation, a cutlery manufacturer in Tsubame-Sanjo, Niigata Prefecture.
